LESS ASSUMPTIONS. MORE INFORMATION.
Before deciding how to fix it,
it’s a good idea to know where to look.
A stain left by the rain, a roof tile that seems out of place, or a section of the facade that’s deteriorated can raise a lot of questions. From the ground, you can’t always see the source of the problem.
Drone-based building inspections provide an initial overview of the exterior and create a record of the areas inspected. They help guide maintenance efforts and allow on-site inspections to focus on the areas that truly need to be checked.
It’s not about collecting images.
It’s about them helping you make a decision.
WHAT CAN WE OBSERVE?
A look at every part of the building.
We choose the route based on your concerns, visibility, and flight conditions. Here are some of the factors we may consider.

Cladding and Joints
Possible cracks, fissures, spalling, and other visible signs of deterioration.

Roofs, terraces, and coping
Broken or displaced roof tiles and visible damage in elevated areas.
Gutters and Downspouts
Dirt, buildup, apparent blockages, and visible damage in the sections that can be observed.
Chimneys and Roofing Components
External condition of trim, joints, and elements exposed to the elements.
Terraces and hard-to-reach areas
An initial visual inspection in areas where sufficient detail cannot be seen from the street.
The images show one of our projects and the available views; they do not represent an assessment of the damage to that property.
WHAT YOU GET
A record you can look up.
Not just an eye-catching video.
The Agreed-Upon Route
A visual inspection of the requested and technically feasible areas. Before taking off, we’ll clarify what you want to check.
Organized Documentation
In accordance with the agreed scope, high-resolution photographs and video recordings of the inspected areas, including reference images of any visible anomalies.
A basis for making decisions and comparing options
This resource allows you to view the observed condition, share it with the person in charge of the property, and save it for future reviews.

The content of the report, the areas covered, the format, and the deadlines are specified in the quote. We do not, as a rule, provide technical certification, thermal inspections, or testing that is not included in the contracted service.
HOW WE ORGANIZE IT
From your uncertainty to a clear plan.
- 01
Tell us what’s on your mind
Address, type of property, and area to be inspected. If you already have photos taken from a safe location, they can help you prepare for the consultation.
- 02
We check to see if the flight is feasible
We review the surroundings, applicable restrictions, line of sight, and expected conditions. Not all addresses allow for the same operation.
- 03
We agreed on the inspection and delivery
We confirm the areas, the scope of the report, the budget, and the date. The operation is subject to suitable flight conditions.
- 04
We document and evaluate the following steps
The images help identify areas that may require an on-site inspection. If necessary, we can arrange for the necessary high-rise work to inspect or repair them.
CHECK OUT THE DETAILS
The building doesn’t end at its facade.
The overview and cover details help you better understand the whole. Click on an image to view it in more detail.
INSPECT. UNDERSTAND. ACT.
The advantage of also learning about
work on the building facade.
At Verticals Barcelona, a visual inspection using a drone can be the first step in a more comprehensive assessment. If the images indicate an area that needs to be inspected up close, we can evaluate access via vertical access techniques and propose the appropriate course of action.
Don’t wait to arrange a flight if there is an immediate risk. Check out our 24-hour emergency high-rise work service. If people are in danger, call 112.
QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE RESOLVED
Before requesting an inspection.
Are drone inspections suitable for a community or a single-family home?
Yes. The service is designed for homeowners’ associations, single-family homes, and industrial buildings. The route is tailored to the property and the areas that can be safely monitored.
Can you fly anywhere in Barcelona?
No. Feasibility depends on the direction, the environment, flight restrictions, and the conditions of the operation. Each case is reviewed before an inspection is confirmed. You can find general information about drone-restricted geographic areas on the AESA website.
Can a drone confirm the source of a leak?
It can reveal external signs and help guide the inspection, but an image does not always allow one to determine the source or extent of the problem. An on-site inspection or specific tests may be necessary.
What photos or videos will I receive?
The scope of delivery is defined in the quote based on the areas and the purpose of the inspection. It may include photographs, recordings, and organized audiovisual documentation of the inspected items.
Does it replace the building inspection?
No. It is a visual inspection and documentation service. It does not, on its own, replace an in-person technical inspection, a specialized diagnosis, the necessary tests, or mandatory certification.
How much does it cost, and when can it be done?
Each property is evaluated based on its address, the areas to be inspected, flight conditions, and the requested delivery time. Please contact us for a quote; we do not confirm a date without first verifying feasibility and availability.
Can you also handle any follow-up repairs?
When applicable to our services, we may recommend a more detailed inspection involving vertical access work and provide a quote for the repair. The drone inspection does not imply that such work is included.
LET’S START WITH YOUR PROPERTY
Which part of the building at
do you need to see more clearly?
Please tell us where it is and what concerns you. We’ll contact you to determine whether a drone inspection is appropriate and to define the scope of the inspection.
Requesting information does not confirm an inspection or imply any payment. If you prefer, call 611 848 229 or message us on WhatsApp.
